Intreviewed is a candidate-first hiring-process intelligence platform. It is built to help people understand how companies handle interviews, communication, feedback, ghosting, transparency, and hiring timelines.

Intreviewed is not a job board, an employer review clone, a place to harass individuals, or a tool for publishing confidential interview material.

You may search companies, view public trust signals, and read approved public reviews without creating an account.

Candidate Trust Scores and related metrics are signals, not guarantees. Low review counts have limited confidence and should not be treated as statistical certainty.

To submit reviews or add a missing company with a first review, you must create an account or use approved social login, complete MFA when required, and remain in good standing as an active beta contributor.

Contributor verification exists to protect data quality. Public reviews remain anonymous; contributor identity is not displayed on public company pages.

Submit only experiences you believe are truthful and based on your own hiring-process interaction.

Do not submit recruiter names, interviewer names, phone numbers, email addresses, private profile links, confidential interview prompts, proprietary material, threats, harassment, spam, impersonation, or knowingly false claims.

Do not use Intreviewed to target or expose private individuals. The platform is about hiring-process signal, not personal attacks.

Submissions are moderated before publication and may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Intreviewed may approve, reject, edit, remove, or correct submissions to reduce abuse, privacy risk, legal risk, spam, duplicate content, confidential content, or misleading data.

Moderation is focused on conduct, privacy, and safety. It is not intended to remove negative sentiment, stern criticism, frustration, or good-faith claims of ghosting or poor communication.

The beta exists to validate whether candidates will contribute useful hiring-process data when reading is free, reviews are anonymous publicly, and contribution is verified.

Features, scoring, contributor access, moderation rules, availability, and data presentation may change during beta as the platform learns from real usage.

Intreviewed provides hiring-process information and candidate experience signal. It does not provide legal, employment, career, financial, or professional advice.

Use your own judgment before making employment, interview, or business decisions based on public data.

Intreviewed may limit, revoke, or remove contributor access for abuse, spam, security risk, attempts to bypass MFA or moderation, or violations of these terms.

Public browsing may remain available even if contributor access is limited or revoked.
