Moderation principle
Intreviewed moderates conduct, privacy, abuse, and legal risk. It does not remove a review simply because it is negative, stern, frustrated, or critical of a hiring process.
Allowed
- Good-faith criticism of hiring processes.
- Claims of ghosting or poor communication when based on your experience.
- Frustration, disappointment, and negative sentiment.
- Structured details about response time, interview count, feedback quality, salary transparency, and timeline clarity.
- Context about how the process felt, what changed, and what would have helped you decide sooner.
Not allowed
- Recruiter, interviewer, employee, or candidate names.
- Phone numbers, email addresses, private profile links, or other personal contact information.
- Confidential interview questions, take-home assignments, private documents, proprietary information, or NDA-covered material.
- Threats, harassment, slurs, doxxing, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, promotional content, or mass-submitted low-quality reviews.
- Knowingly false claims or claims about experiences you did not personally have.
- Off-topic employer commentary unrelated to the hiring process.
What moderators look for
Reviews are checked for safety, abuse, private information, confidential content, duplicate content, and whether the submission is focused on a hiring process. Moderation may approve, reject, edit, remove, or correct content when needed.
How to write a useful review
Focus on what happened in the hiring process, not on attacking a specific person.
Include timeline, response time, interview count, communication clarity, feedback quality, and transparency details when you can.
Keep public review text safe to publish. Use private/internal context only for details that help moderation but should not appear publicly.
